Hotels are running 24/7 and it is easy to get swamped (and addicted) looking at numbers all the time – but a clear mind and healthy body is always better in the long run!

Make sure you really switch off from time to time! This week’s selection of tools you can use to relax (not only on Sundays ;)) 

    • Wellbeing: Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has a dedicated page called “at home with six senses” where they share tips and videos of yoga, home treatments, etc.
    • Yoga: Hard Rock Hotel has some beats vinyasa online classes with its program Rock Om 
    • Meditation: Honor Yourself by Diddy available on Audible – that is right…meditation by Puff Daddy, just worth the try for that craziness!
    • Apps: Buddhify, Calm, Headspace
